- July 15: Booking NASPEM hotel with meeting discount closes.
- August 5-8: NASPEM 2026 takes place in Chicago, Illinois.

Registration fee includes registration for the NASPEM 2026 Biennial Meeting, all activities & excursions, and some meals. Hotel registration and travel to & from Louisville are left to attendees.

Hotel Registration
The exclusive hotel location for NASPEM 2026 is the AC Hotel Marriott Louisville Downtown. Located in the NuLu (New Louisville) neighborhood, an area known for its unique art galleries, specialty stores, and growing restaurant scene. The AC Hotel is conveniently located to major attractions including Churchill Downs, KFC Yum! Center and the University of Louisville.
NOTE: The NASPEM 2026 meeting takes place from August 5-8, 2026; however, some attendees may wish to arrive earlier or stay in Louisville later to explore more of the “Derby City”. When booking, please ensure your check-in and check-out dates align with your travel plans.

Abstract Submission
Abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations at the NASPEM 2026 Biennial Meeting & publication in Pediatric Exercise Science (PES) is now open.
The deadline for abstract submission is Wednesday, May 13, 2026 @ 11:59 pm PST.
